Help me give my students honor cords to be worn at class day and graduation.

My students come from challenging environments where aggression is often the answer to many problems. Some of my students have a home, community, and other issues. Some of them have trouble interacting appropriately with one another, teachers, and administrators. These students have sometimes gone through some type of trauma, a divorce, or been the victims of abuse or neglect. Our district receives 100% free lunch for all students.
My students come from high crime and poverty-stricken areas.
Basic necessities are not often given. My students often feel as if no one notices them or acknowledges their positive behavior - only the negative. My students need multiple opportunities to learn and be successful in many different exploratory, fun, discoverable, challenging ways.
The seniors at my school work hard to achieve honor in various organizations. At the end of their senior year, they can wear honor cords for class day and graduation. Some of our students can't afford to buy their cords because they have to pay sixty dollars or more for the cap and gown and an additional twelve dollars for each honor cord. Most of them are able to buy the cap and gown but can't afford to pay the extra money to display their accolades.
The seniors this year are being greatly impacted by COVID-19 which may delay or prevent them from having a formal graduation.
We have appropriately eighty seniors who will graduate with at least a three-point zero grade point average which will classify them as an honor student. I want to surprise them by presenting them with the honor cord at class day so that they can display their hard work. This will be one burden lifted off of them and their parents who are now stressing because COVID-19 has caused schools to close down and parents to become unemployed. The average honor student has to buy approximately four different honor cords.
