Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are highly curious, cooperative, and enthusiastic in their daily work as we explore new and engaging topics.
If I were granted one wish, it would be for my students to understand and reach their potential as individuals while learning to persevere and problem solve as they cope with ADHD, Emotional Disorders, and Dyslexia.
I wish they could see themselves as I see them.
I am motivated each day to provide my students with new and engaging activities that challenge them to reach their potential!
My Project
Our classroom just received five brand new iPads to be used for our Project Lead the Way STEM lessons. My students and I are excited and eager to use them, however, since they did not come with covers or screen protectors, we are avoiding classroom use.
Keeping our technology tools safe and protected will ensure that students will be able to benefit from them for years to come.
The covers come in a variety of colors, which will help visual learners and assigned groups keep track of the iPads they are using. Students will have the option to lay the iPad flat on a surface or stand it up at multiple angles for easier viewing. The cover's hand grip band will allow students to safely carry the iPad around the room, and securely hold it when using it for demonstrations or presentations.
These covers will protect our valuable devices for years to come!
