My students need magnetic letters, sight word rings, and stamps to practice working with high frequency sight words to help their reading development.

I teach kindergarten to a wonderful group of children who are eager to learn in a high poverty school.

Children need opportunities to practice working with and see high frequency words (common words in text that they cannot sound out) so that they will be familiar with them in their reading. Many children in my classroom will have limited opportunities to work on this outside of the classroom.

Our classroom needs a classroom kit of magnetic letters, sight word stamps, and sight word rings. These materials will provide children opportunities to build the words, read the words, and write the words.

You can help the children in my classroom become readers! Please help my students understand how important the gift of literacy is by giving to our project!
