Our students face many multiple challenges. Some of our students are impacted by difficulties such as homelessness and military deployments. Helping them rise up and be the best they can be is my job. I want them to reach for the moon in all that they do so that they always land among the stars.

My Project
Students learn best from one another. The more they work in groups, the more they learn different skills needed in life. The lessons of team work, patience, understanding and empathy all come to life in this setting.
The purpose of teaching history is gain an understanding of our past, so prepare for our future.
My students do a lot of group projects. Often time students are stressed and worried about sharing their work. By having an iPad in the classroom, I will be able to allow students to share their work quickly to the tv screen. These screens will be used to offer our classrooms with special needs the opportunity to link up with other classrooms not only in our school, but other schools in the county as well.
