My Students

My strongest memories from my elementary school days are those involving hands-on projects. I want to create similar projects for the students in my classroom. Third-graders are typically 8-years old and thrive when they're given the opportunity to be creative.

I don't know their names yet, but I know that they'll come eager to learn and grow!

I'll be teaching on the English side of a Dual-Language-Immersion Spanish program, so I'll have two classes of about 25 kids each.

My Project

A well-organized classroom is conducive to the best learning. I want my students to feel at home in a safe, clean, organized classroom each day. These supplies will help us create that classroom, and will help students take ownership of respecting the classroom.

The social-emotional library selected will help these students continue to grow into the people they are meant to be.
