My Students

My students are wonderful, amazing, young learners! Many of my students come from low income, economically disadvantaged homes. Throughout the day I will come in contact with every third grader in our district. My students love learning, especially through technology. They enjoy interacting with the SMARTBoard and seeing their work on the board. They all enjoy coming to the classroom because I try to make it as inviting as possible. I firmly believe that my students deserve every opportunity to have the best education possible, and I want to do everything I can to make sure that happens!

My Project

The items included in this Donors Choose project will be used to help me give my students an inviting classroom for them to come to. For many of my students, the classroom is their happy place. It’s the place they feel the most comfortable. I believe having materials like the document camera (used for whole group instruction) and the Cricut Explore (used to create interactive bulletin boards, anchor charts, learning aids, and more) will help make my classroom interactive and welcoming for all of my students. With your support, I hope to make my classroom the absolute best it can possibly be!
