This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The importance of Physical Education and the benefits of being active saves lives! As we introduce our students to this new and rewarding lifestyle, it's crucial that our students understand the importance of exercising properly. With so many of our students being so reliant on technology, what better way to educate them than by using this very tool! With a quality way of presenting the product, they are able to see, hear, and understand the importance and witness the key concepts of executing movements safely and soundly, gaining the self-confidence they need as they head into this new direction in life and restore some sense of normalcy.
