My Students
My students come from a variety of backgrounds in rural South Carolina. Each student comes to me with different needs and at different levels.
I teach 20 of the most caring, thoughtful children who are eager to learn and gain knowledge each and every day.
These children are loving to everyone and truly bring the best of themselves to school each day. They make me proud of not only how hard they work, but also how kind and compassionate they are to others.
My Project
This trip to the Georgia Aquarium will allow our second grade students to experience aquatic life, habitats, and aquatic rehabilitation and conservation first-hand. They will be able to see and experience wonderful things that we could never do within our school walls.
We are so excited to give our children the opportunity to learn about animals, habitats, aquatic life and rehabilitation in a way most of our children have not experienced.
This will be a wonderful trip full of so many new learning opportunities and will hopefully inspire and open up our children to so many different ideas and possibilities.
