My Students
I work in a public charter school in Detroit were 100% of our students receive a free lunch, which means that most come from low-income families.
Despite the lack of resources they are amazing kids ready to learn, and that's my motivation!
My students are always eager to learn new things. Their creativity and enthusiasm completes our classroom. It is never a dull moment when you have a classroom of wondering brains exploring new ideas and bringing them to life!
My Project
These materials will be used to get the classroom ready to welcome my kids. The cricut machine, card stock paper and markers will be use to make decorations for our classroom. These materials will be used to post students' "wow work" and share with parents. Students will be able to create things and bring thier creations to life. Student will use crayons, markers, pencils and foam letters for the final touches to thier art work. This will also save me a lot of money because I won't have to buy certain materials from expensive teacher stores, I'll be able to create them faster! Help me make our classroom a inviting and warm place for my kiddos to learn!
