My students need this ECR4kids whiteboard kidney table to complete word work and comprehension activities during Guided Group Time. It would help so great to have a large work space for them to write their thoughts.
First graders are the absolute best! Last year, my class of 20 first graders absolutely blew me away. They encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone and try new ways to enhance my teaching, especially technologically.
The emphasis on small groups was magnified this year with the kids' help.
They were always so involved and improving by working hard. I would love to continue trying new things for my upcoming class. With materials like this table, I am really excited to see their ideas and thoughts.
My Project
When I work with my students in small groups, they sit at a kidney-shaped table. When we write or draw ideas to show what we are working on, we use small dry-erase boards. As we work, we often have to erase previous work to add new.
This ECR4Kids Dry Erase 48" Clover Whiteboard School Activity Table would be a big improvement to our Guided Group Time.
Just think how much fun the kids will have if they can write on the table! They will be able to work out their math strategies and see other students' ideas and expand on them.
