My Students

My students are a very curious, spunky bunch of kiddos! My little ones are so excited to learn new things. My class loves hands-on learning and movement! They are energetic, silly, and loving! My students are full of energy and love to learn!

We are learning to read and write and to love books, to add and subtract, and all about our world!

I'm trying to instill a love of learning in them so that they will continue in school with a happy heart and excited, curious minds!

My students live in a beautiful, rural area north of San Diego. We are surrounded by mountains and hills.

My Project

My students are growing and getting bigger everyday. As a result, they are starting to take up each other’s space and trying to figure out where to fit in. They overlap each other, and feel squished in when we are listening to a story or a lesson, when we are saying good morning, and when we are all together for learning. It is distracting and getting uncomfortable for them. This area rug will give them a defined space to sit on when we are all together listening and learning, keeping distractions to a minimum and bringing learning to a maximum!
