This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very eager to learn! They want to engage with each other and help each other to learn and grow. In order to continue to foster the development of effective communication skills, I want to provide the students with some other items in our classroom (carpets, etc.) to make it more inviting and engaging.

I was told by multiple students that the classroom environment, OUR SPACE, has encouraged them.

They have been extremely excited to come to school and are encouraged to learn. I want to add to our space an area where the students can have flexible seating. This will help to learn in a way that meets our individual needs.
