My students need headphones for auditory success in class lessons online. Students at this age are more concrete thinkers and require additional hands on activities. Which is why I humbly request solar system manipulatives.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students attend a 70% economically disadvantaged campus and participate in the dual language program. They are special because they can speak two languages and can alternate learning. They're truly our future and will be leading the way for us.
Most of the students in the classroom come from humble families where both parents work long hours.
They are very appreciative for even the smallest of details such as offering them advice or tying their shoe. They acknowledge and respect when anyone steps out of their way to provide encouragement via advice, class materials, or just giving them a place where they can voice their ideas.
My Project
To facilitate a more positive technological learning environment, tools such as headphones and solar system visuals provides better success in the classroom. The solar system model representations will appease the visual learners that struggle with abstract concepts on a holistic learning view.
With today's learning and our future generations demand for more technology integration requires us to utilize more tools in the classroom.
For students to venture out and take ownership of their learning endeavors they need the appropriate tools. Incorporating headphones in the classroom provides that small escape from their daily norms and trek across a new learning environment without boundaries!
