This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My speech room is a place where students are respectful to one another; students do not make fun of each other for any speech difficulties a student may have. Wouldn't it also help to know that your child's documented information is being disposed of properly with a paper shredder?

My students come from a high poverty area, and most receive free or reduced lunch.

The students are grateful for every little thing we do to help them succeed. Our school has limited space, and utilizes an outdoor mobile for two classrooms. The classrooms and offices are fairly small. The fact that we have such limited space means that it is important to use that space wisely! This compact shredder would be the perfect fit for our speech room.

My Project

My students will have their documents shredded after use so that confidential information does not get out. Students' parents will not have to worry about identity theft coming from our room! Students, their parents, and teachers will be able to rest at ease knowing that confidential information is being disposed of properly with a cross-cut shredder.

Donations to this project will ensure that student information is destroyed in the most effective and efficient way possible.

The shredder has a cross-shred feature for optimal security, and can shred up to 80 sheets of paper at a time. As previously stated, everyone will be able to rest at ease once the shredder is in use!
