My Project

The items we are requesting will have a profound impact on our students in multiple ways. Firstly, many of our students have sensory sensitivities, and we require sensory tools such as mats, fidget tools, and noise-cancelling headphones to create a calming and focused learning environment. Secondly, we are dedicated to nurturing their social-emotional skills through activities like board games, art supplies, and social-emotional learning resources. Lastly, we aim to bridge academic gaps with adaptive software, educational games, and manipulatives tailored to their unique learning styles.

Our primary goals for this project are to increase sensory comfort and engagement, foster social-emotional growth, and improve academic skills.

These goals are essential to prepare our students for a successful transition into regular education classrooms.

What sets our students apart is their incredible resilience and unique abilities. They have sensory, social-emotional, and academic needs that deserve our utmost attention and care. Their diversity is our strength, and we are committed to providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
