This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are inquisitive and curious elementary students. They love visiting the library, but they don't have comfortable places to stay and read. Developing the habit of learning is very important for our students to build strong literacy skills that will prepare our students not only for success in reading and writing but also in other academic fields. Reading is one habit that strengthens the brain, increases empathy, builds vocabulary, develops thinking and imagination, and broadens horizons and visions.

Developing good reading habits will help our students become more able to interpret the world around them.
