My Students

My students are at the beginning of their educational journey. Ours is a "Choice School" which means that my students are from many diverse backgrounds. My students enter the second grade in a variety of learning levels, and with different abilities, but they all have one thing in common, they come to school every day, ready to learn.

My students are optimistic and excited to start a new school year, and my class wants to begin with resources that will keep them engaged throughout the year.

My Project

We are blessed to have so many great things in our classroom but struggle with very limited storage. We are always stacking things in corners, on top of shelves, or in plastic bins. Having a storage bench and crates will help keep our classroom organized and clean.

It would be very beneficial to have storage to store keep all of our extra materials out of the way when they aren't in use.

I believe that having our classroom organized and clean will provide the students with a more relaxing learning atmosphere where they can truly make their learning space their own.
