My Students

I teach in a middle school where 73.8% are Socioeconomically disadvantaged having free or reduced lunch and where all breakfast is free to give everyone the opportunity to eat.

My students are a group who want the whole world to come to life in front of them daily.

They have me for history, math, or science, or both math and science. They want to know why not just what and want to grow as far as their potential can reach and then beyond it!

My Project

A Document Camera to replace the old one would help everyone see clearer from every seat in the classroom. Our current camera is six years old and cannot focus as well as it used to. The new camera available has the best zoom capability ever!

My students need a new document camera.

Students will be able to share work they have done, link images from a computer, share images from books, and display projects to see!

They love to share what they've done and appreciate any and all materials given to them to use. I will be able to give better notes, have students edit things, show clear pictures for them to describe. Students will retain their focus longer, as they will be engaged in technology that is crystal clear.
