My students need neckties and dress shirts to wear during their academic award programs.

The desire to become successful and achieve academic excellence has been our student’s first priority. Our students take advantage of their ability to learn under multiple situations that other learners have not had to face. These intelligent students’ lives are in in danger daily as they walk to school through their crime and drug ridden neighborhood. Remembering the goal “Rising above poverty for success and betterment” has been these students goal to learn.
Our students never waiver as they push themselves to learn while ignoring hunger and poverty.
These gifted students push themselves everyday towards greatness with the goal in mind to graduate school. Knowing how much our students are giving of themselves all educators at the school take exceptional interest in each student. Teachers mentor, love, teach and offer each child a special relationship which contributes to each child desire to academically excel.
The community and school love both the students and parents. Therefore, we offer services which stretch beyond the classroom doors. Students’ food, clothing, shelter and education has been shaped by our school.
My at-risk students will have pride and joy in knowing that they have proper attire a dress shirt and necktie to wear during academic recognition programs. This grant will elevate the lives of multiple students who will stand tall as they receive their certificates during programming. Students will respect the fact that others honored them through offering funding to a project that identifies their academia and ability to learn.
Students will push themselves towards honing their educational skills for participation of being honored by school and family. These young minds will become engaged and active learners who take advantage of skills learned in the classroom.
Students will be thankful that they are thought of by others in a positive way because of their ability to learn and achieve. Students will seek new ways in which to learn and probe teachers for additional classwork that aide in improved academic skills.
As a school this grant will offset students worry factor of not having the necessary items to wear during academic programs. Pride, love and honor will surface as students stand tall during academic programs wearing their new attire for the entire world to see.
