My students need this portable reading and writing center to use as a literacy or math center. They will be able to use this cart with magnetic manipulatives such as letter and numbers.

My Students

My students come from various social and economic backgrounds. Being in kindergarten, they are all very excited and eager to learn each and every day!

I love to see their excitement when they walk into the classroom each day.

They are very kind and caring and are especially attentive to their special needs classmates. They love participating in anything that is hands-on, especially if that includes any of my teaching supplies and equipment. I would love to be able to provide them with more hands-on learning resources.

My Project

This learning center will be a great tool to help my students with the alphabet, letter recognition, and writing, as well as numbers.

My students will use this resource for drawing, counting, making letters and sounds, and building words!

These activities will be used during reading and math centers throughout the day as we read and write while learning together. I will be also able to use the cart during our whole group instruction time as a dry erase board, a big book holder, and an anchor chart stand. Your generous donation to our project will improve our kindergarten classroom by building a stronger reader and writer.
