My Students

My second grade students are enthusiastic and eager to learn new things! They are incredibly bright and hardworking. We love to have fun and move around in our classroom. My energetic learners enter the classroom every day ready to learn, discover, and explore.

Our goal this year is to learn in a fun and safe environment.

One way I plan to do this is by focusing on flexible seating. Classrooms with flexible seating allow students to move around while completing their classwork, so they are not sitting at their desk all day long.

My Project

As a teacher in an inclusion classroom, I am always looking for new ways to motivate ALL of my students. These wobble chairs will definitely do the trick, especially for the students in my class with a little bit of extra energy!

Children learn best when they are given choice, one of those choices in my classroom is where they would like to sit to complete their classwork.

Our wobble chairs will live at our collaboration table, where students can go to collaborate with their classmates.

These chairs will be used all day, every day! Thank you for your consideration and generosity!
