My Students

My first graders attend a Title I school and come from diverse backgrounds. They are very eager to learn and create. They are wonderful kids that deserve a fun, interactive and exciting learning experience.

My students would love to have a classroom library where they could find on-level, exciting, and engaging stories.

Students learn best when they excited about learning. My students enjoy relevant, colorful, engaging stories that they can share with each other. My first graders deserve a fun and challenging learning experience.

My Project

When my project gets funded my students will be able to visit the classroom library and easily find on-level books that are engaging and new. They are currently looking through old and yellowed books.

The library will contain fiction and nonfiction books, which will engage all my readers.

My students will be much more likely to develop a love for reading with so many options. Help students become successful and enthusiastic readers—with specially selected books for every reading level!

I am requesting a Lakeshore leveled book classroom library. It is a complete leveled book library that includes 16 bins, each with 5 books, 60 book stickers, a bin label, a reproducible activity, and a guide.
