A “Kleen” Slate for Learning

My students need dry erase boards and markers to practice math problems, participate in class discussions, and engage in multiple learning opportunities.

My Students

My students amaze me every day! They are truly my reason for going to work every day and giving my all every day. My kids come from many situations where school could become the least of their concerns.

I think what makes my classroom special is that I believe learning should be fun and exciting.

I also make it a goal to make my classroom a nurturing and safe place for all students. Students should look forward to school and be excited about coming into my classroom.

Like I said above, my kids are amazing! They come to school every day ready to learn no matter what might be going on at home. My kids deserve the best!

My Project

Students love a good whiteboard. Whether it be a plain whiteboard or using their desk as a whiteboard, I find that incorporating this resource into any lesson makes for a more engaging lesson. When I saw the Kleen slate whiteboards I came up with so many useful ideas and lessons I could incorporate them into with my third graders. These are not only whiteboards but also a participation tool. This would be a tool I could use to make sure all students are participating in a lesson. They also make it easier for students to interchange the background into a graphing surface and then back into a normal plain surface. These boards would bring so much success and engagement into my classroom.
