My Students

Our students are an amazing, creative, and energetic group of individuals. They all come to school excited to experience success and are ready to learn. They work together to create a classroom environment that is inclusive and safe for everyone.

They are passionate about protecting our Earth, making a difference, and enjoy learning new skills.

These students face many challenges. Our school has over 60% of the students receiving a free or reduced-price lunch. They work really hard and are eager to learn.

My Project

With remote learning starting, I am on need of ways to deliver my children everyday instruction. There are a few tools that could really help with this new way of teaching through a screen. I want to make instruction as simple and easy to understand for my students. The Apple Pencil would make that possible.

The use of the Apple Pencil would allow me to correct work using my own writing.

My 4th graders appreciate and love my handwriting. This tool will allow me to comment on papers, draw out math problems, and show clear diagrams. That would help this new way of teaching feel more personable, and fun!

My students will be working from home for the first time ever. A 2nd generation Apple Pencil would help deliver the instruction neatly and organized to my students in this very new way of teaching.
