My Students

I am very fortunate to teach in a large, suburban, public school district located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I work in a school with a diverse population which makes teaching fun and exciting! My students are my pride and joy. Each day is a new beginning for them in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment. My students and I build an exceptional rapport with one another, and they take pride in everything they do. It takes a village to become a comprehensive classroom such as this, but every moment is worth the team effort from everyone! I couldn't do it without them!

My students are special in so many unique ways!

I love their vibrant energy, smiles on their faces, and their willingness to learn and to never give up! Creating an environment where it's okay to "make a mistake" is a classroom that sets high expectations and never gives up on the students!

My students are my life!

My Project

The materials and supplies I am requesting will not only help my students in the classroom, but they will also help my students while learning from home. Unfortunately, many of my students do not have items and supplies at home to use when completing their homework or other nightly assignments. Therefore, the materials and supplies I am requesting will give my students a better opportunity to learn near and far!

The organizational materials I am requesting will be used effectively in our classroom.

Everything has a home and a lot of my teaching resources and accessories need to find their forever home! If school supplies and materials are organized, students will know exactly where to look for items to use in the classroom.

My students enjoy being creative. These resources will enable them to be creative by utilizing their minds through the use of their unique talents in everything they do!

Lastly, the cleaning supplies I am requesting will help prolong a healthy classroom environment. These resources will be used on a daily basis to help ensure the safety of my students and their families.
