This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Through the past few years, students have had to complete online labs and simulations. The experience of chemistry online does not compare to the experience in person. Molecular geometry is one subject that is difficult to visualize, without the models of the molecules. With these molecule kits, students will have a chance to conceptualize and assemble molecules on their own. Not only will this help students grasp chemistry practices, but they will get a chance to construct, create and collaborate. These are vitals skills that will not only aid with social and emotional health, but also help students face life after high school.
