This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Students in my classroom begin each day with breakfast, which they eat in our classroom. Students arrive at varying times, depending on if they walk, ride the bus or are dropped off by a parent. Since everyone arrives at varying times, I would like to give my students morning boxes to work on, while waiting for others to finish breakfast.
My students are very active and inquisitive learners!
I would love to put manipulatives in their morning box that allows them to use their imagination to create and that also gives them a chance to build their fine motor skills as they are building and creating.
