My students are amazing individuals who are eager to learn each day and although they face many challenges, they are determined to persevere.
My students deserve to have the resources necessary to help them through their academic struggles and allow them to access the curriculum to the best of their ability.
I use many resources in my classroom to assist my students in doing their best and achieving their goals. They are such wonderful individuals, who are working towards meeting their highest potential academically and socially.
My Project
This project is designed to give my students the opportunity to experience materials and visuals during each lesson. The anchor chart stand will allow my students to access valuable information on anchor charts throughout the lesson in order to use this information to complete the task. These sentence strips will break down larger tasks into steps and will remind students of the directions whenever they are in need.
My students benefit from visuals to keep their attention on tasks and to allow them to review directions for each assignment when necessary.
My students truly enjoy assignments where they are given some independence and being able to refer back to the anchor charts that we have created, is truly a great resource for them when working toward a new level of independence.
