My Students
My second grade students are eager to learn and like to ask lots of questions to gain more knowledge. They love to read and reach their goals.
My students are motivated and like to see others succeed. We are a class family and always are encouraging others to do their best and work hard.
Our classroom rules are be safe, be kind, be helpful and be respectful. Those are things we work really hard at achieving daily, so that we can be the best student, friend, and classmate possible.
My Project
This year our second grade class will be completing a wax museum project. I would like to have a class set of Who Was and Who Is books. I also would like to have a variety of people for my students to choose from.
Students will dress as their famous person and create a tri-fold board with facts about this person. It is important that the students have a book they can take home to learn as much information about this person as they can.
The students really enjoy this project and learning all the facts they can about the famous person they chose. It is a great hands on learning experience for the children.
