The COVID-19 pandemic certainly was a gracious reminder that students and educators, no matter the circumstances are always prepared to tackle and achieve anything! I am so excited to be back to the classroom with my 15 precocious, fun-loving, interesting, joyful, inquisitive, and kind 5 year olds! This year will be fabulous, and partially thanks to fabulous and generous citizen philanthropists such as you!
My Project
In an early childhood setting, we come together to read, share, discuss, sing, and dance! It is a joyful time daily and a time to celebrate one another. This is simple in the sense that it includes only one item. I currently need a durable, cozy and soft rug in muted colors. I purchased a couple of inexpensive rugs that just aren’t durable enough for classroom use! This rug will help young children with spatial awareness by providing them with large boxes in different colors for easily identifying their own space on our carpet. It will help us stay socially distanced, comfortable, and safe! Thanks from the bottom of my heart for considering a donation.
