This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are full of life and excited about their school year. I teach three, vibrant and energetic 8th grade ICT classes.

My students come from a low income community and attend a Title I school.

Many of my students lack resources at home and enjoy coming to school. Born in a technology savvy generation, my students love creating vibrant and colorful projects using school computers. Once they complete their projects and assignments, they are eager to present what they created.

My Project

Life is better in color! A color printer and printer cartridges will help my students who use visuals as additional support throughout the school year. Using black and white photos, does not make it easier for students to examine details.

Colorful photos will bring what my students are learning to life.

Also, a color printer will add a special touch when my students present their work. A colorful classroom is engaging and welcoming. Please help my students and I fill our classroom with beautiful colors and eye catching visuals. The materials I am requesting will be greatly appreciated for years to come!
