Our students love to learn in and out of the classroom. Our students also come from a variety of backgrounds but all would benefit from organization and accessible materials. I teach math to more than 50 students so the rug would be great!
This visual grid helps students work with numbers more fluently and see patterns easier.
There are so many activities we could do with this carpet/grid, and it would be very engaging for the students as we learn math.
The current carpet that I have in my classroom is over 10 years old and is showing its age in many ways. It has stains and rips that can't be cleaned or repaired. This new carpet would be a nice, clean place for us to gather throughout the day for our learning.
The fact that it would also be used in our math learning and number patterns is amazing.
Having a huge visual grid could help many math learners in adding and subtracting on the hundreds grid. I teach math to over 50 kids so the number of students that this would benefit is tremendous!
