My Students

First grade students are diving in to experience all the joys literacy can bring. Learning to read and write is exciting and first graders show up every day ready to learn and embrace this new skill. They love using hands on manipulatives to learn and this easel will provide an opportunity for the kids to participate directly in our learning. It will also provide storage for the materials we will use while on the carpet. Please help me bring the joy of reading to this fabulous group of six year olds!

My Project

Hello! I am a first grade teacher who just accepted a position in a new school district. In first grade a lot of learning takes place on the carpet using an easel. I currently do not have one and my kiddos are in need of this engaging teaching and learning tool. This easel has dry erase board capability, is magnetic, and has eight storage containers! It can also hold pocket charts and anchor charts. I will be using this easel for all subject areas. I can use it both for whole class direct instruction as well as with small groups. Please help me in my effort to provide the best education possible to my students.
