Help me give my students a C to make the most of their learning experience.

I am a teacher in a low-income, high poverty school where my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
I teach in a low socioeconomic area in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama.
My students come to me daily ready to learn and eager to please their teacher by doing their best work. I provide many resources myself for my classroom due to low funding. About 95% of my students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. My students would greatly benefit from these additional resources. My students are active, creative, and deserve nothing but the best!
Students will use the Chromebook on a daily basis during small group setting on activities that will enhance their academic skills. They will use programs such as Moby Max, Skill Navigator, News ELA, Reading Theory, and Google Classroom.
Technology can become the “wings” that will allow the educational world to fly farther and faster than ever before — if we will allow it.
We are an urban Title I school. As such, many of our students face challenges related to economic stability, parental support, or English as a second language. These Chromebooks will make a difference in student’s learning by allowing them to achieve their academic goals. Access to technology at home may be limited or nonexistent. Our students need regular access to current technology in order to achieve their learning goals.
