As featured on The Ellen Show and inspiring many across the entire world, my middle school softball program is more than just a team but a family of sisters who encourage and support each other while enduring the struggles of inner-city life. They've shared their story detailing the courageous story of a team overcoming cancer and poverty. Softball has become a way of life, a means to escape the harsh reality of life and simply enjoy being a teen.

My Project
This year will be the second season for the 95 Storm as we welcome a new team of female student-athletes! For this upcoming season, our girls need new catcher's equipment and training aids to help them prepare to become champions.
Training softballs are crucial to the overall skill progression for first-time players.
Girls will gain the confidence needed to become fearless on the field. Every team needs a fearless catcher as well! Therefore, new catcher's gear will give our girls renewed hope for this season.
Traveling to and from each game becomes exhausting. A sports wagon will help ease the burden of lugging around heavy equipment. Thank you for supporting the 95 Storm - "The Storm is Coming!"
