My Students

My fifth grade students are amazing. My students come to school everyday ready to learn and willing to work hard. My class is made up of many different needs, including students with special needs, limited language acquisition and high achieving needs. My students work hard everyday to succeed. We use many different techniques to achieve success and many of these techniques are thanks to DonorsChoose.

We work hard all year long and having available resources, helps my students become successful.

My Project

The chairs in my classroom have been around for far too long. They are wooden, wobbly, and generally seem unsafe. I had second-hand office chairs for awhile that were great, but were falling apart as well.

My students need new, classroom chairs to help us start the year off.

These plastic chairs will be perfect in the classroom. They are the perfect height for my fifth graders' desks, sturdy, and they are stackable. Having new chairs will help with the focus in the classroom. We will no longer hear the sound of chairs wobbling around when students sit. Thank you so much for your consideration in helping my fifth graders be successful.
