My 5th graders are special because they are amazing kiddos! They love learning new things. They are super excited to be able to start a school coffee cart business, they will make the coffee and deliver it, as well as keep track of profits from the sales of the coffee cart. With the profits from the coffee carts, students will purchase new supplies as well as choose a charity to donate the remaining funds.
I would love to give them some real life learning and allow them to show how responsible they are.
My students will be allowed to start and run their very own school business, this will also give them the opportunity to collaborate with fellow students to make this happen, as well as do something nice for our beloved teachers. A win, win!
