My Students

My students come from all different backgrounds and are usually students who transition a lot through the year. Stability is one thing that they are looking for, and school provides that for them.

In my room, my students know that we are a team and that we are going to work through the day together.

No matter how their day started, once they walk through the classroom door we are ready to get to work.

They love knowing that they get to show me what they can do! Giving their very best effort, seeing the light bulb go off, watching them teach another student how they did it, these are the reasons that I am an educator!

My Project

These flexible seating options will help give my reading group a comfortable space to read and work. We work in small groups every day, and I want something that they will get excited about and feel special while working during that time.

We all want to be comfortable when working and especially when we are reading.

These chairs will allow my students to be in a different "space" when working in small groups with me. They love getting to work in small groups with me, and I want these chairs to be special seating for them. I want them to have something else to get excited about when reading!
