Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is being created to help my 3rd grade students excel in class. Many of my students are low income. My students are motivated by their love of learning, but incentives always help. This project will allow me to capture moments on and off campus as we travel to do field trips, STEM lessons, etc. My parents always want to see what is going on throughout the instructional day. I often post on a platform called Class Dojo, but the items in this project will allow parents and students to gain perspective on our lessons and experiences on a regular basis.

In addition to supplying items for recording student experiences, students will also be able to learn in a clean and comfortable environment.

Items for recording include headphones, cameras and camcorder. All the items will be used to edit and upload experiences, school performances and field trips to the school platform Class Dojo for parents to share. Printer Ink will be purchased to print classroom material as needed. I will incorporate an incentive program with the toys, books, and treats. I will also have Christmas classroom decor and gifts for each student rendered from this donation. The students will be very grateful!
