This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What I love about my students is that they show up every day, they work hard, and they never give up. I love how each student is helpful to one another and are working hard on building their problem-solving skills. The STEM kits, GeoSpheres, and other science materials for my classroom will help engage their interests into critical thinking. Students will have hands-on opportunities to create ideas and bring them to life or solve problems with materials. Not all students learn the same and need sensory support to keep their focus. Support in my class is another way to learn.
