My Students

My students are eager to learn and grow! They love asking questions and looking for answers. In our classroom, we work together to develop skills that will help us at school and will also help us at home.

My students love reading, writing, and exploring new and interesting ideas!

Students work hard throughout the year to develop language art, math, science, and technology skills. My students are interested in current events and happenings going on in the world. As they are engaged in learning, they have wonderful opportunities to succeed and grow!

My Project

Reading, writing, and creativity are important characteristics and skills my students need to develop in 3rd grade. Using the Scholastic News magazine will help my students explore various parts of the world. These magazines will encourage language and writing skills through writing prompts, intriguing stories, and quizzes.

Scholastic News in an invaluable tool that enables and encourages growth, creativity, and a chance to practice communication skills with peers.

The Scholastic News magazines aligns with our 3rd grade curriculum, and it includes topics that my students are interested in. As students explore the magazine, they feel connected to their community and to our beautiful world!
