This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!

My students are elementary-aged children who attend an NYC Title I public school.

Our Pre-k 3 Learners come to school every day with a love for learning and playing. They wake up with a passion to come to school and enjoy learning through hands-on activities.

My Project

My prek students are simply the best! They come from various backgrounds but are all hardworking and eager to learn. I plan to motivate them day by day to become the best they can be. They come to school eager to play and learn. In prek we have breakfast and lunch in the classrooms. We also have snacks, my classroom loves fruit! This will help keep their snacks nice and chilled. This refrigerator will help keep their milk and juices cold.

Healthy snacks provide students with energy to keep throughout the day.
