My Students

Our school serves school students grades 7 through 12 and is located one block from City Hall. Students live in many areas of the city. For the most at-risk students, those with habitual truancy, significant behavior issues, and histories of suspension and expulsion, the goal is to change behavior so that these students will stay in school and earn enough credits to graduate.

This year we are creating a series of classes for "life skills" where students can choose projects and activities that include history, science, literacy, and art!

My Project

Students are discussing many issues, local, national and international.

As they research about the criminal justice system and teens or the refugee crisis they want to create interesting presentations for classmates.

When they explore 3D forms with the 3Doddler pens, they may make models or invent unique lettering to emphasize their topic. Students will research their topics, write short presentations and then brainstorm visual components as they learn to use the 3Doddler pens. Students work together to learn new techniques and fun applications.

Students will find new and interesting ways to express their ideas when they use the 3Doddler pens!
