My Students

A typical day in our classroom is organized chaos. From an outside perspective, it may seem a little crazy, but know that it works for us! We are a very small school, with less than 20 students in each grade (on average). So all of the students know each other extremely well!

My students are amazing and I can not imagine each day at work without every single one of them!

I teach at a rural, low socioeconomic school district. Our students come from a few, small towns and from in the country. That being said, students have up to a twenty-minute drive to get to town (if they can get a ride).

My Project

We are ready to take our learning to the next level and a 3D printer is just the way to do it!

Having a 3D Printer will change the entire scope of the projects we will be able to create.

With the 3D printer, we will be able to design and create and make tangible objects from the words we read. If a book describes a necklace that is significant to a character, we can create it. In social studies, if we need a prop for a project and we can not find it, we can make it. If the students want to design and create a new product as entrepreneurs, they could do it. The things we could do are endless!
