Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Imagine having a great idea for a project and being limited by the resources at your disposal. Students in my classes have a desire to create and build and are only limited by the physical resources to make their ideas come to life.
Our school is focused on increasing the number of students that graduate and move into schools that offer STEAM-related courses.
Our students are full of great ideas and dreams which can be easily conveyed by using ROBOTS in the classroom. Our staff has created an environment that pushes these kids to achieve those dreams.
My Project
This printer will help me give my students the ability to express their artistic talents with modern technology. My students hunger for the chance to create new objects for their robots and projects, this will help them step up their talents through CAD and 3D printing.
CAD and 3D printing have been progressing and my students want to learn to create and build using this artistic median.
By having this type of technology in my classroom, I know this will allow my students to explore the world of 3D design and CAD while creating new and creative pieces of art.
