My Students

My students are surrounded by high poverty, yet strive to achieve academic goals and competitiveness. They are very strong with community and a real desire to learn. Most of my students do not have access to personal computers, internet connections, or communications in many of their homes. We are a 100% free breakfast school.

Our school is rural with extensive student needs.

These students who come from humble beginnings can do extraordinary things as the opportunity arises. My students want to learn current skills to better prepare themselves for the future. Our school is ethnically and academically diverse. Every student has an equal opportunity to learn and grow through any all types of activities and opportunities.

My Project

My students do not have access to anything 3D. These pens will allow this to happen and provide students to be separated for COVID safety. They will learn skills, reinforce coordination, build problem solving skills, and understand engineering requirements in today's modern age. These pens are transportable and can be stored safely in our classroom. Students can work exclusively as independent or in small grouped teams. They will be able to see, handle, and display a three-dimensional masterpiece. These pens will be accessible to all students, no matter their limitations.
