My students need this doll house to express themselves through story telling imagination.
This project expired on June 12, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students come to school eager to learn. These children come from low income families who appreciate and value teachers. It is important to keep children excited and passionate about learning new topics everyday.
Children with smiles on their faces are the best thing any teacher can see when coming to school.
Preschool is the first step to creating a positive environment at school for children. It is a new transition and can be difficult to get used to. Luckily we have marvelous teachers who enjoy what they do and help create a warm, caring, and hands-on environment where children feel free to explore through play everyday.
This item will help our classroom by supporting language and social skills. This doll house will help boost their imagination and enhance their memory to create stories. Our children will truly enjoy playing and learning with this item because it can benefit them in many ways. Bringing items in that promote language and social skills are most beneficial for them at such a young age. It is important to keep their imagination running as well as their cognitive skills. This item will not only help them bring this to life, but also help with vocabulary skills.
Story telling is a huge part of cognitive development and with your help, we can bring our children's development to a much higher level.
We already have some furniture and people but no house for them to continue their play. The children have asked to play with a house but we have not been able to fund one. We hope that with your caring heart and donations, we can help our children have something to play with and bring a smile to their faces.
