My students need access to as many engineering materials, as possible, such as two Fat Brain Toys Squigz Starter Sets, two Ailuki Magnetic Building Block Magnet Tiles and Plastic Pattern Blocks!

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I have 25 students that come from very diverse backgrounds. Many of them are English language learners. Also, many of them are considered high poverty students. I would like to give my students a chance to learn important 21st century thinking skills. I would like to add more engineering materials to my classroom STEM bins. My students have been using STEM bins all year and they have showed me their passion for learning to use building materials. I would like to feed that passion by supplying them with additional materials. I feel like it is important for them to have as many materials to work with as possible to force them to really push their thinking. I know they will be so excited get their hands on these materials.
My students need access to as many engineering materials, as possible, such as two Fat Brain Toys Squigz Starter Sets, two Ailuki Magnetic Building Block Magnet Tiles and Plastic Pattern Blocks! Every day my students start their day with creative thinking. I want them to come in and get their brains ready for the other core academic subjects. They are doing this already with other engineering materials but adding more options to their morning routine would allow for smaller STEM bin group sizes. This would allow my students to individually have access to more materials. Right now, we are sharing only eight bins. The team building skills that come from morning STEM bins are also a great addition to our classroom environment! Also, imagine how many skills they will be able to take from the coding experience to the other core subjects.
