My Students

My classroom is a diverse environment where my students are eager to learn!

I have 20 kindergarten students who are eager to learn and love using technology.

They look forward to Tuesday, the day we get to use the computer lab. They are a great group of kids who have a love for reading. My school is has a high poverty rate and most of my students have free/reduced lunch.

My Project

I'd love to have an iPad for my class to help expose my students to various forms of technology to enhance their reading and math skills. During Daily 5 my students would be able to work with a buddy and play games to enhance their reading and math skills. They could also use the iPad to read ebooks.

Having an iPad for my students to use will help reinforce the skills taught in my classroom as well as allow my students to have exposure to technology they may not have access to.
