My Students

My students are energetic, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to connect classroom activities to the real world! They used to come to school each day excited about what was going to happen in class. Their aha! moments were the reasons that I became a teacher.

With the sudden shift to remote learning, many of my students are saying how difficult it is to complete assignments at home or that they just can't see the connection any more.

Every student in my classes loves learning, they love working out problems, and they love the feeling of knowing they are receiving the same level of resources as some of the surrounding schools. They feel that they matter, and I want to help them feel that way again, especially during this changing school climate.

My Project

My students need your help and support to ensure that they have all the tools needed to be successful. By supporting the purchase of this iPad and pencil, my students will be able to utilize the latest educational and training apps that will help connect our lesson to additional resources.

As our curriculum moves to interactive models, students will be able to fully utilize all the components of our science curriculum.

The iPad provides a mobile device that can be passed around the class to allow all students to participate, regardless if they have their own technology.
